Not really anything too inexpensive, theres the Droid Incredible 2 which is AMAZING or the Thunderbolt which is about 250. The iPhone4 if you’re into that kind of phone, but Its a very good phone also. All smartphones can use WiFi. So any smartphone, but for being less expensive, most everything is going to run you at least 150 or more for a phone before your upgrade. Hope I helped.
