Cell Phone Watch Unlocked

i need a new cell phone please help me choose!?

hi i am going to get at&t, but dont want a long contract, so i would like to get an unlocked phone.
i would like a touch screen, over 3 mega-pixel camera, wifi, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. the last two are realy important. any suggestions?
p.s. preferably under $300.

and i was looking at the lg renior, but i heard you cant watch youtube videos over the wifi :S
