Another way that will help you is to wear what is called a blue tooth headset or a corded headset that will allow you to hear when speaking on the phone. Not only will this protect you from the radiation but will also protect you and others when driving, this is when a headset should be used no matter what. If you are speaking on the phone and driving and you are not using a headset, you have one less hand to help you to control the car and more accidents are occurring since the cell phone has become a necessity instead of a luxury.
