Cell Phone Headset Corded
Hands free headset, safe?
Yes I’m paranoid but I need to know.I just bought a hands free headset, a wired one for my cell phone, which made me think, are these even worse for you? Do the cords work as an antenna and send the radiation directly into your ear canal? I know I’m being overly paranoid but now I’m not sure if I want to use the thing. I don’t use my phone too much after all.
The cord only transfers signals that vibrate the speaker in the earpiece a certain way. It doesn’t emit radiation or a signal of any kind.
The cell phone, and bluetooth headsets use signals to talk to cell towers and each other, so you are more likely to get cancer from that (nothings been proven).
You’d probably have to wear a cell phone suit, with every cell phone connected 24/7 for your entire life to even be capable of getting cancer (if it’s even possible). Don’t worry about it.
