How can I get a free cell phone by complaining?

I’ve heard that if you call your service provider and complain a lot they can send you free stuff to keep you as a customer. I have a phone whose battery is kaput, the problem is that it is a discontinued handset and they no longer sell the battery on their website. How can I twist this when I call their customer service so I can get a free phone? Seriously! It’s worth a try!

Go into your service provider’s store, and if they can’t fix it, they replace it.
