My cell phone has a problem and I need your thoughts?
My cell phone is not charging. I tried everything. It was not the battery nor the charger because I bought new ones and still the phone will not charge. The guy at the mobile store said that my charging dock inside the phone’s wire was bent. So therefore I guess it could’t charge. I asked him if that can be fixed and he said no. But I’m going to ask another mobile store. The thing is…how much does it usually cost to fix stuff inside the phone? Can the mobile stores do it for free? Or do you think I should buy a new phone instead?
It gets kinda costly to get into those phones. Probably better off gettn a new one. You’ll not only save money, but tons of time as well. They usually send the phone off, and it takes forever, then they usually contact you and tell you its not worth fixen anyway. Im speaking from personal exp! Most carriers will almost give you a phone to use their service.
