What do I need to connect my desktop and my cell phone with bluetooth?

You need Bluetooth dongle to connect your desktop PC with the cell phone. As your cell phone already has the inbuilt bluetooth you dont need to buy bluetooth device for it.
Okay now install Nokia PC suite in your desktop pc and install the bluetooth dongle’s driver and its software in your desktop pc.
as you install the bluetooth software successfully , open up that application and click on the “search for the device” and that’s it. pair em and now you are ready to transfer your files over two devices.
